MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WITH SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE

A prominent and well-respected plastic surgeon (Upper East Side) is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Personal Assistant to support and coordinate the office and the doctor’s professional and personal schedule. The ideal candidate will have very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with patients, office staff, family, and Doctors.

Experience with different social media platforms and trends is necessary. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills, a positive attitude, and a flexible approach to the position. The candidate must possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality and provide seamless personal and business support with efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
