The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing oversight across the casework continuum by providing client casework direction and guidance to staff, monitoring and regulatory approval over case files, and processing of multiple operational systems. This position provides administrative support during program execution by participating in modification initiatives, trainings, meetings, projects, and compliance efforts. This position reports directly to the Program Manager and can function in a supervising capacity in their absence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Program Manager
• Oversees program client intake, supporting the casework continuum process, through successful discharge
• Participates in regular case conferencing to provide casework direction
• Maintains, collects, and reports on program data in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulatory compliance requirements
• Tracks and manages in-kind donations as directed by Program Manager or senior management
• Delivers residential support to Edison location through event/training coordination and social service outreach/referrals
• All efforts are maintained with a strict adherence to confidentiality with regards to client and agency data
• Attends all internal, external and community meetings and events relevant to the position as directed by Program Manager or senior management
• Performs additional program-related duties as assigned by Program Manager or senior management
