Join the team at newly opened Vesuvio pizzeria and Wine Bar! This cafe turns into a restaurant serving small plates, housemade pastas, and artisan pizza at night.
This is an opportunity to work with a tight knit, small team while learning new skills.
Ideal Candidates :
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience
- Experience preparing salads and pastas
- Experience making Neapolitan style pizzas a plus
- Work a busy service smoothly
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Work in high volume
- Follow DOH standards
- Able to stand for long periods of time, lift 50 pounds, withstand both hot and cold working conditions, be available for nights and weekends etc.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Highly organized, detail oriented and punctual
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
