Position Available :Responsibilities : Line Cook :
Line Cook :
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop new menu items and specials.
Prep Cook :
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and measuring ingredients.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area, including storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment.
- Support the kitchen team during service by restocking ingredients and assisting with plating as needed.
- Adhere to food safety protocols and regulations at all times.

- Proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant environment.
