Venture Metals INC. is Hiring a Business Development Specialist Near Dallas, TX

Venture Metals is a fast-growing, metal recycling company looking to expand our Business Development team with a resourceful, driven, and detail orientated part-time Business Development Specialist.

If you’re a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, then this could be the perfect job for you.

We are currently looking for Business Development Representative to contribute to our company growth. This role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales to drive sales growth. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong sales dynamic.

This is an entry level position, in this role, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills, as you’ll be responsible for lead generation, market research and securing new business meetings for Venture Metals sales team. A successful sales prospector must be self-motivated, organized, and have a strong work ethic to meet and exceed sales targets. The candidate should have experience with sales outreach and be familiar with CRM software.

Qualifications

· Attention to detail.

· Time management skills

· Ability to build productive business professional relationships.

· Negotiation skills

· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Thorough understanding of CRM Software

· Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.

· Interest in manufacturing, recycling or sustainability is a plus, but not required.

Location: Dallas onsite or remote

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Day shift Monday to Friday
