Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly driven and sales-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive and ambitious individual who thrives in a sales environment and excels in cultivating strategic client relationships. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, conducting market research, and developing tailored solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Identify new business prospects and generate leads to drive consulting opportunities.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, delivering tailored solutions that support their business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance throughout the consulting process, from initial client meetings to project delivery.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on understanding their unique needs and delivering impactful solutions.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Contribute to the development of consulting proposals, crafting strategic recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Engage in negotiations regarding consulting agreements and terms of engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some familiarity with the consulting process preferred.
• Experience with client relationship management and strategic consulting is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
