R10040239 Camera Program Manager (Open) Location: Houston, TX - WLY - Management How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? This position will be responsible for supporting the company’s camera technology program for drivers. This includes the development, sustainability, and compliance with all affected training, policies and procedures in accordance with Airgas road safety program, corporate guidelines and FMCSA regulations. This role will leverage further benefits of the program by implementing additional benefits of the camera that may include new technologies or internal programs to award and recognize drivers and other stakeholders. Working and in depth knowledge of the camera systems with strong analytical and organizational skills Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences at all internal and external organizational levels with strong written and verbal communication skills Provides broad organization support of the camera systems program & ensures all associates and drivers are trained in camera systems training program Develop and provide initial training and refresher training to coaches and new users of DriveCam Liaison with Lytx account manager to address program issues, contract or billing issues, prepare Airgas for any updates or enhancements to the program Maintain organization targets, provides reports and addresses opportunities for improvement within the business, drivers and coaches Maintain the camera systems award and recognition program Ensures all requests for untriggered events are provided and secured when requested by field, HR and legal Daily review of all collision or near collision camera system events Ensure all drivers and vehicles are correctly assigned in DriveCam Ensure all camera systems are functional, working and all diagnostic issues are addressed. Produce weekly and monthly reports for Airgas organizational and leadership stakeholders to ensure Airgas targets are met Conduct quarterly updates and audits on the camera system program that includes user access, financial and operational expenses, diagnostics and system use. Other duties as assigned by the position's leadership ________________________ Are you a MATCH? Required Education: A bachelor degree in a transportation, logistics or safety & health or environmental science field or equivalent education and experience Transportation related certifications or training in Title 49 CFR (preferred). Required Length & Type of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility in transportation related fields or functions, preferably with a similar company with multiple US and international locations. Prior experience in the development, implementation & maintenance of camera systems program Demonstrated knowledge of Title 49 CFR specifically as it related to FMCSA Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong team player and independent consultant, to help maintain a strong safety compliance profile. Hands-on engagement/experience with all aspects of the Lytx camera systems (DriveCam) Excellent skills in managing people, projects & processes Experience building departmental and/or cross-functional transportation compliance governance infrastructure Communicates well verbally and in writing at all levels, adapting the message to ensure clarity and understanding Excellent problem solving skills Technical competence; solid computer skills (Google applications, especially spreadsheets) Customer-oriented approach. _________________________ Your differences enhance our performance At Airgas, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
