As the Program Manager, you will serve as the company’s interface between our company and our customer. You will be responsible for the overall contract management and operations of the location while ensuring safe and efficient operations. You will carry out all project management as well as supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policy. Responsibilities may include; interviewing, hiring, training new and existing employees, scheduling employees, coordinating maintenance and repairs on the vehicles, reporting daily to the customers with driver data or any vehicle issues, working with various software for vehicle diagnostics and calibrations changes, and organizing/ tracking project budget in collaboration with the customer.

Experience in the Automotive/ Trucking industry is a must!

Required Skills and Experience:

· Three years minimum supervisory experience.

· Advanced computer skills, i.e. familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications

· Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Organization

· Decision-Making

· Dependable

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Previous experience in managing an automotive / vehicle testing program

· Automotive technician and or engineering experience

· Experience with vehicle measurement, calibration, and diagnostic software, i.e. familiarity with ATI Vision, INCA, Silverscan, etc.

· Commercial Driver’s License

Education

· High School Graduate

· Prefer two years of college-level course work

· Prefer Certifications in personnel management and automotive technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

• Houston, TX 77016: Relocate before starting work (Required)
