Program Manager:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Program Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities:

• Define project/program scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with IT, Operations, Enterprise Architecture and Field operations leaders/teams.
• Create program vision and plan by leading the design development and requirements.
• Establish, manage, and work with program budget
• Plan and schedule timelines and milestones

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree
• 15 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager
• Strong background in IT/OT technology projects
• Very strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to work with both IS and Operations Leadership, Enterprise Architecture, and field operations teams.
• Azure DevOps
• PMP certification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodology experience
• Exceptional business acumen
