DESCRIPTIONLongeviti LLC is searching for a Program Manager with 10 to 20 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting senior level, military management to support the U.S. Army at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversees the development of contractor staff, and alignment of the staff to the Government’s requirement.
  • Provides and ensures quality and timely services and delivery of contractual items under the contract terms and conditions.
  • Serves as point of contact with the contracting officer representative and the contracting officer.
  • Performs day-to-day management of contract execution, possibly involving multiple groups of personnel at multiple locations.
  • Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports demonstrating task order progress and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees successful contract completion.
  • Maintains effective client interface with the COR.
  • Motivates staff and ensures contractor staff are adequately trained and fully understand the work environment.
  • Maintains contract and employee training and safety records.
  • Manage contractual and support elements to achieve cohesiveness and unity while progressing toward a set of goals.
  • Extensive experience in managing time-dependent operations such as rapid turnaround scheduling, ordering, data analysis and assessment activities.
  • Provides Project Management support, to include developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, creating and submitting program related documentation, preparing and presenting briefings, providing full conference/meeting support, customer outreach, and preparing senior level strategic briefings and metrics as required by the Government.
  • Ensuring the completion and integration of multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Provides project management strategic communications support, to include policy, process, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) review and development.
  • Oversees the status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  • Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Ensures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, project team and clients.
  • Ensures production schedules are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinates resolution of deliverable-related problems
  • Provides proactive and responsive customer focused leadership, reaching back to corporate resources to mitigate risks and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Uses strong planning and organizational skills to ensure timely completion of all milestones and efforts with minimal client disruption.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
  • Project Management Professional certification desired or demonstrable Project Management skills obtained through experience and education.
  • Ability to relate requirements to contractual and administrative requirements.
  • Extensive experience requiring excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven personnel management skills.
  • Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and suggesting solutions for senior level management.
  • 10 to 20 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting senior level management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, specifically, Excel and Project.
  • Excellent communication, proactive/upbeat attitude, effective leadership, and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology Management or technical discipline.
Preferred or Desired Education (Optional depending on position requirements.)
  • Project Management PMP® Certification is desired but not required.
  • Valid US State Driver’s license.
