US Farathane is Hiring a Human Resources Assistant Near Austin, TX
- Greet visitors and guests to the facility ensuring proper sign in/check in procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare new employee files.
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provide clerical support to the HR department including data entry, filing, etc.
- Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, plant meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
- Assist HR Department with various research projects and/or special projects.
- Assist with payroll functions including hourly timecard review, processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
- Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
