US Brick has a current vacancy to join our diverse and dynamic company as an HR Manager. This person may be located in the Charleston, SC or Columbia, SC area. This role will report directly to the President. The HR Manager (team of one) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources in an organization with a small workforce. As the sole HR professional, this role involves managing various HR functions, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager provides guidance, without a direct reporting relationship, to the site personnel who are responsible for the direct implementation of company policies. The HR Manager (team of one) serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting/remote.
