Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist with onboarding processes
- Assist with HR sourcing activities, including job postings and candidate screening
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems (Paychex, Employeee Navigator)
- Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews and background checks
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and ensure compliance in HR practices
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Familiarity with HR systems (Paychex, Employee Navigator)
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
