UPWARD for children and families is looking for a physical therapist to work in our school and outpatient therapy clinic. We provide therapy services to students in our school age program that are severely disabled/medically fragile. Great opportunity to work closely with other therapists, special education teachers and pediatric nurses.
We also serve children with developmental disabilities, in an outpatient clinical setting on the same campus. We are located at 6306 N. 7th Street in central Phoenix. Our clients are ages birth through 20 and seen once a week in the clinic for a 50 minute session. You would be working with a great team of therapists (occupational, speech/language and music).
30 hours per week; salary range from $38 per hour to $42 per hour; 2 paid holidays per year and 40 hours of sick time available per year.
