North Mountain Medical & Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, Arizona is looking to fill a Physical Therapy Assistant position. This is a full time M-F position with flexible hours. (Flexible start time followed by an 8 hour shift) Weekend availability is appreciated as well. We are the top clinical facility in Arizona, with an abundance of growth opportunity.

North Mountain is a 155 bed Post-Acute Facility specializing in Respiratory and HD care. We have inpatient therapy as well as an out-patient program currently under development. We have a very established therapy team and are continually striving to add new and effective therapy staff.

Hourly rates are negotiable and have some dependency on experience and availability. We also have a SALARY-MATCH program where we will meet or exceed current rates if presently employed (When Possible). Our clinical focus is advanced respiratory treatment and hemo-dialysis. We pride ourselves on maintaining a registry free nursing staff, high staff-patient ratio, and a culture of love and unity amongst staff and patients.
