Under the supervision of the Program Director and program mentor diagnoses and implements treatment plans for habilitation/rehabilitation of movement dysfunction due to neurologic and other conditions; provides education to patients families and staff; participates as an interdisciplinary team member documents and bills appropriately; participates in department projects and or research. Position is an entry level clinical residency rotating across hospital settings.

Minimum:

• Arizona Physical Therapist License.
• American Heart Association BLS. 
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy program.

Preferred:

• Clinical experience in neurologic clinical setting.
