What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our team. The CHRO is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the hospital, specifically in the areas of talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, training and development, employee benefits, payroll, compensation and employment legal guidance. The CHRO is a key member of the executive leadership team, working with the hospital owners and officers providing organizational strategy, human resource and legal perspectives while advocating for employees. This position also leads UVS’ Marketing/Communications and Well-being teams.
