What you'll do:

  • Partner with recruiters throughout the recruiting life cycle
  • Assess resumes from various job boards
  • Conduct interviews by phone, virtually, or in person
  • Coordinate interview process recruiters
  • Communicate candidate screens with hiring managers and recruiting team
  • Assist with offers and answer candidate questions about benefit package
  • Maintain interview and hiring records
  • Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
  • Partner with People Operations team new hire needs

What you have:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required
  • 1-2 years of supporting a human resources team or recruiting team preferred
  • Proficient in ATS systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, Linkedin
  • Proven track record for building successful partnerships between teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive vibes required
