Job Description Summary:
Directly support the daily administrative functions of the Division of Weight Management and Physical Activity, including scheduling and sending correspondence on behalf of the administrator and/or Division. Supports accounting manager and program manager with ordering of operating expenses. Supports Division Principal Investigators with administrative requests

Required Qualifications: Education:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Associate degree with at least two years' work experience. Years of experience can substitute for education.
Work Experience: 2 years preferred

Job Duties Outlined:
Support research office spaces ordering supplies as approved.
Submit orders for IT, facilities, housekeeping
Assist accountant: submit orders
Assist Program Manager: Interface with IT Navigator, OIS for new study equipment and activation
Assist Accountant: Perform supply purchasing in Workday for labs, offices, and new hires
Assist Program Manager: Facilitate onboarding, in conjunction with IMRO, of new research hires including interviews/travel and reimbursement, enrollment in KUMC applications/programs, IT setup, HR, office/lab preparations, biosafety training and setup, and provide general orientation information for division and institution
Perform other projects as assigned
