Program Manager (ILI).
Applications will be accepted until 11/1/2022.The Inspired Leadership Initiative (ILI) is a part of a relatively new wave in higher education for accomplished individuals who have completed their traditional careers. ILI fellows spend one academic year at Notre Dame and have access to the rich academic resources while also experiencing the distinctive global, community, and spiritual elements offered by the University. The Program Manager for the Inspired Leadership Initiative will work in collaboration with the leadership team to manage the experience of the ILI fellows during the Program. S/he will offer guidance and direction as the fellows navigate the course selection and registration process and orient themselves to academic tools and other student-related services. S/he will engage the fellows in support of their academic and social programming with dedicated attention to planning and management of events and functions. S/he will work closely with the fellows in all aspects of their experience at Notre Dame.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree (4years)
Preferred Qualifications:A quick learner who brings strong PC skills and administrative support tasks, including the Windows operating system and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), and has an ability and openness to learning new technologies (Wufoo, Greenvelope, Emma) and University systems.
Excellent critical thinking and written/oral communications skills.
A professional demeanor with the ability to provide excellent constituent/customer service to a diverse audience in a positive and collaborative manner.
Previous experience in the design and execution of special events and departmental management (logistics, supply ordering, and expense reporting) and strong attention to detail.
The ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A collaborative attitude and interest in contributing to the growth of a new department.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines; Inherent professionalism and commitment to quality of service.
Willingness to travel.
