Responsibilities:

• Assist callers with solutions regarding moving and portable storage, pricing, services, and merchandise.
• Quickly follow up on inbound online quote requests for excellent local customer service and business growth.
• Enter reservations and maintain an accurate customer information database for scheduling, estimates, and billing purposes.
• Communicate and coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Call on potential residential and commercial clients to promote our services.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues and problem-solving, promoting the UNITS® brand.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Work on a team and independently.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, and strong problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
