The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, support and design of current HR systems, and the specification, development, and implementation of new or redesigned HR systems.
Utilizes project management methodologies to ensure transparency, effective communication, and timeliness of projects.
Monitors human resources information needed on a continual basis and makes recommendations for updates or designs systems processes to meet changing requirements.
Secures production support, including researching, troubleshooting, and resolving HR systems problems.
Perform regular assessments and improvements to HR systems, including evaluation and oversight of system upgrades and new functionality to optimize HR processes.
Implements system changes (updates, integrations, new configurations) and leads system testing plans.
Develops documentation, communication plans and lead training for changes to HR systems.
Ensures that all processes are documented and followed as documented in process flows.
