About The Role

As a crucial member of our team, the HR Service Center Specialist/Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our workforce, contributing directly to the success of our power infrastructure projects. This role involves interacting with various stakeholders and supporting the human resources functions that keep our organization running like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and respond to HR inquiries and requests from employees and managers.

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Key Qualifications

  • 1 years of relevant experience in HR service center or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Nice-To-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, dashboards, data entry, payroll, and process improvement
