What does a HR Service Center Representative III Do?
Responsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefit programs and human resources policies. Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes necessary paperwork. Resolves matters pertaining to employee benefit programs, including life, health, disability insurance, medical/dependent care spending accounts, COBRA, income continuance, and other paid time off as well as retirement and pension plans. May require an associate's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Work is generally independent and collab ...orative in nature.
