Tandym Group is Hiring a HRIS Administrator Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
A manufacturing organization in Florida is currently seeking a new HRIS Administrator to join their growing team. In this role, the HRIS Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring the system is up-to-date, accurate, and meets the needs of the company.
Responsibilities
The HRIS Administrator will:
- Process employee data like leaves and benefits
- Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases (for example, headcount and turnover reports)
- Create new accounts and manage access permissions
- Gather payroll data like wages and working hours
- Update employee records with new hire information
- Troubleshoot and report technical issues
- Develop data processing guidelines
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Work experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with databases and HR software
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations
- Experience with an ADP implementation
