What is the purpose of this role?
To be successful in this role you will take a data backed approach to experimentation, improve existing initiatives, and build new ones from scratch. Ultimately, you will focus on broker acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies to help scale the business.

What Will My Ownership Scope Look Like?
You will be constantly looking for ways to improve our acquisition and retention funnel, with the ability to work full lifecycle. Ownership will include the following:
Acquisition, Lead Gen
Activation
Retention
Sales Tools and Strategy
