What You’ll Do

Strive is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and detailed-oriented individual for the Sr. Associate, Operations & Strategy. This role is responsible for supporting the market operations teams through continual process improvement and program management with a focus on scalability and execution. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Market Operations and will partner closely with the Sr. Manager, Market Operations.

Essential Functions

  • Supports Market Leaders by successfully navigating a matrixed environment to address operational issues and answer related questions
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure a cohesive, streamlined approach to market provider and patient engagement activities, including but not limited to:
    • Initiate and lead coordination efforts around various patient engagement activities
    • Project manage provider engagement activities, working closely with various internal & external teams to develop strategy and tactically execute
    • Conduct strategic analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities related to engagement activities and provide recommendations for improvement 
    • Effectively pull in and coordinate multiple internal resources to support engagement initiatives, optimizing efficiency and productivity. 
  • Develop and create comprehensive slide decks for presentations, conveying complex information clearly and compellingly
  • Implements quality improvement initiatives, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring adherence to standards and protocols to enhance market outcomes.
  • Works cross-functionally to help design and implement new standard operational processes and process improvements into the Market, adapting to market-specific factors
  • Acts as a resource person to administrative team, department managers, and clinical staff on any issues that may come about including but not limited to: IT issues, patient concerns, general administrative questions
  • Structures complex ambiguous problems and translates market needs to leadership
  • Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, and/or with a high-growth healthcare organization
  • Ability to travel locally 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; desire to be a self-starter
  • Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (Clinical, Technology, Business, Operations)
  • Experience in provider communications
  • Strong interpersonal, cross-functional communication and organizational skills
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and provide strategic solutions 
  • Experience in managing multiple diverse priorities and requirements
  • Depth of knowledge of the healthcare sector (renal care experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to work with a team and coordinate across many moving functions and workstreams
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence change
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Applications

Annual Salary Range: $74,000.00-$90,000.00
