Join the 6th largest Real Estate Brokerage in the Nation! Our office is looking for an experienced recruiter for our growing Real Estate Brokerage located in Houston and covers all surrounding counties . .
Starting Salary: $45,000 annually bonus compensation plan (earnings endless)
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm but flexible.
You will have your own private office as well to meet potential new recruits.

- Source, screen, and recruit new and experienced real estate agents
- Conduct interviews
- Collaborate with broker to determine recruitment strategies
- Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to advertise and attract qualified candidates

- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
