**Position Overview:** We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Houston operations team. The Operations Assistant will play a key role in managing various programs, including the cell phone, golf cart and vehicle fleet programs, as well as facilitating communication with stakeholders. **Responsibilities:**

- Manage the entire Houston operations cell phone program, including inventory management and conducting semi-annual audits. Ensure compliance with United Protective Services software apps where applicable.

- Oversee the Houston operations fleet program, including golf carts, GPS, and vehicles.- Work closely with operational partners (General Manager/Vice President/President) to ensure alignment of operational goals and objectives.

-Assist the Houston operations team with invoice and bill review.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Branch operations leadership, Security Professionals, Supervisors, Field Training Officers, and Clients as needed.

- Conduct special projects on an as-needed basis to support the assigned region and contribute to operational excellence.

**Qualifications:**- Previous experience in operations support or a related field is desirable.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
