Position: Assistant Manager of Valet Operations

Location: Downtown Houston Hotels

The Company:

Duties and Responsibilities as Assistant Manager of Valet Operations:

· Review of client statements, and portfolio performance based on revenue analysis, profit & loss reports and various accounting based reports. 

· Ability to assist with annual budgeting and performance of location’s portfolio. 

· Responsible for training and development of supervisors, cashiers and valet drivers 

· Provide excellent customer service to customers. 

· Maintaining professional communication with customers, clients and co-workers. 

· Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and terminating of personnel as necessary. 

· Ensure compliance of company and client policies and procedures. 

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. 

· Job duties include exposure to inclement weather. 

· Perform other duties as assigned. 

Competencies as Assistant Manager of Valet Operations

· Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, employees and clients. 

Essential Job Functions: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · Must be at least 18 years of age. 

· Must meet company expectations regarding background, motor vehicle, and drug test. 

· Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record which meets company expectations. 

· Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. 

· Must be able to perform parallel parking. 

· Enters and locates information on computer and parking equipment. 

· Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. 

· Grasps, turns, and manipulates objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. 

· Reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. 

· Regularly required to run; stand; walk; sit; use hands and or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear 

· Must be able to move, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

· Previous parking experience preferred
