Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents
- Transcribe notes and distribute meeting minutes
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases
- Provide customer support and address client inquiries
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
