- Customer Support: Provide courteous and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Address inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any order-related issues.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our abrasive products, their applications, and their benefits to assist customers effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills
- Strong computer order entry proficiency
