Unique Showroom is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Near Kingwood, TX
Thanks for your interest in the part - time position. The position will require work on Monday, Tuesday, , Friday and some Saturdays (tbd).
The job duties are as follows: Answering phones, filing, greeting customers, dictation of contracts to be typed (pre-existing templates)Order materials ,following orders and computer knowledge including Microsoft word and excel are required.
We are looking for: Strong organization skills, Attention to detail, High school Diploma.
Experience with office software like Excel and Word.
Runninig errants to the post office or supply store.
Arranging appointments.
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
