Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate individuals, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Essential Functions

1. Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate staff member. Will transfer a caller to staff member’s voice mailbox when the individual is unavailable.
2. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
3. Greets and directs visitors to the company.
4. Receives sorts and forwards incoming daily mail.
5. Ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
6. Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
7. Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings.
8. Schedules/coordinates meetings, and appointments.
9. Assist with catering for meetings.
10. Prepares and manages the monthly Employee Birthday & Work Anniversary celebrations.
11. Updates and maintains company website changes.
12. Updates and maintains Care Center List.
13. Assists with onboarding of newly merged Care Centers.
14. Maintain and update Care Center list.
15. Assists management staff as requested.
16. Maintains strictest confidentiality.
