Unified Growth Partners Inc. is Hiring a Remote Regional Sales Director
- Maintain and support all external field sales resources within the market (individual Agents, Agencies, and Partners).
- Provide ongoing training to support product, compliance, sales processes and branding.
- Monitor sales results and trends.
- Develop and track administrative and marketing budgets for the team.
- Engage with value-based providers.
- Execute marketing and communications strategies that support UGP goals.
- Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, and customer relationships.
- Follow up with new agents to ensure efficient and timely on-boarding.
- Regularly train agents on products and selling tools.
- Communicate with, service and retain top level independent contractor agents.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
- 5 years sales management experience.
- 5-10 years of Medicare Advantage sales experience.
- Bilingual Spanish and English a plus.
- Active health and life insurance license.
- Proven ability to build start-up operations and inspire a vision that engages and motivates associates.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and act persuasively in sensitive situations.
- Works well under pressure in a demanding, fast paced work environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and occasional weekends to help company meet objectives.
