Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the functions of the department by performing a wide variety of administrative duties and serving as the first point of contact for the department.
- Serves as the first point of contact for the department.
- Provides excellent customer service to visitors, applicants, and team members in person, by phone, or through email.
- Acts as liaison to team members and visitors who have general questions or requests relating to HR transaction needs.
- Meets with prospective new employees for Human Resource pre-boarding appointments and employee eligibility verification.
- Creates, updates and maintains team member files. Prints badges for new and existing team members.
- Documents various changes in the human resources information system (HRIS)
- Provides support as needed to the other HR team members.
Qualifications
Required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
