Job Description

Our client one of the "Most Admired Companies" year after year in San Antonio and they are looking for an Administrative Assistant (minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting) to join their team in the Medical Center area! This position is temp to hire and paying $18 hourly

This position is directly supporting multiple Executive Assistants.

Requirements :

Typing 40 wpm minimum (we will send an assessment for typing)

Transcription of documents

Heavy Expense Reporting for multiple leaders

Prepare and proofread documentation at a high level (Advanced MS Word)

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (Expense Reporting), Adobe Acrobat

Legal / Law Firm experience preferred
