Job Title: Program Assistant
Salary: $18-$20/hr
Job Description: Assist the Program Manager with the implementation of services and special projects for the Family Services Program. Additionally, you will compose correspondences, announcements, create and maintain general files.
* Provide customer service to parents, providers, and internal customers.
* Coordinate special projects including research, documentation, spreadsheets, development and presentation design.
* Create and maintain new parent or provider files, including filing required documentation.
* Assist with file maintenance for the department, including document storage, file retrieval, and file delivery.
* Accurately enter client information on internal databases.
* Assist with dealing with correspondences, complaints, and inquiries and providing solution oriented results.
* Assist with providing communication (phone, email, and/or mail) for program for new enrollment/re-certification appointments, follow ups, and rescheduling as necessary.
* Receive and review incoming mail.
* Document received mail in database, sort and distribute mail.
* Assist with office management including completing purchasing requests; preparing letters, forms, notices, presentations and reports; organizing meetings, and managing databases.
