Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is looking for an Office Assistant to join a growing company in Millersville, MD. This is a full-time, permanent position that provides stability, additional career development opportunities, and a comfortable work/life balance! Location: Millersville, MD
Pay: $18-$22/hourly based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the office and supervisors including facility maintenance.
* Maintain office supply inventory.
* Schedule appointments and/or meetings and attend to take detailed notes and distribute to appropriate parties.
* Communicate effectively via phone and email to internal and external personnel.
* Create and maintain organized filing system for all documents and reports.
Qualifications:
* 2 years of related experience in office-setting.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
