Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer portal services.
• Input purchase orders and handle material purchases.
• Assess customer needs and provide accurate information.
• Build relationships through open communication.
• Process customer accounts and maintain electronic files.
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
• Engage customers proactively.

Requirements:

• Customer support or client service experience.
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Customer-oriented with adaptability.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: 1 year of EDI and customer service experience.
• Detail-oriented with industrial product knowledge.

Additional Information:

• Salary Range: $44k-$64k annually.
• Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm.
• Location: Onsite in Lakeville, MN
