Job Duties

• Manage a high volume of inbound communication channels, including calls, emails, and web chats, catering to local contractors and builders in a B2B setting.
• Anticipate and understand the unique needs of each customer, providing solutions with empathy and courtesy.
• Strive for first-call resolution on inquiries, quotes, and orders, demonstrating agility in handling on-the-fly requests, organizing information seamlessly, and concluding calls efficiently.
• Clearly articulate the features and benefits of relevant products and services, using language tailored to the customer's understanding and considering regional and industry terminology.
• Foster consistent customer experiences by collaborating with other departments and colleagues, leveraging insights gained from customer interactions.
• Utilize all available resources creatively to enhance problem-solving capabilities and knowledge base, ensuring effective issue resolution and continuous growth.
• Negotiate prices strategically to secure business opportunities while maintaining a balance between short-term gains and long-term relationships with customers.
• Adhere to internal procedures diligently, promoting a uniform and efficient service standard for customers.
• Provide support to various departments, including Marketing, Production, and Human Resources, during periods of lower activity.

Additional Info:

• Pay: $23-25/hr DOE
• Schedule: M-F, 8am - 5pm
• Type: Direct Hire
