Build rapport with potential customers to secure repeat business and foster brand loyalty. Attend all group meetings to learn best practices for representing clients effectively.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide satisfactory solutions. Assist in tracking brand exposure and sales data to communicate results effectively.
Communicate with all levels of management, customers, and clients professionally and effectively. Exhibit a passion for working hands-on with the event process from beginning to end.
Engage and activate team members to generate optimal results. Qualifications : One to two years of previous customer service or sales experience is helpful.
