• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
• Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus
