Job Summary: The Account Executive is a highly visible role that will be forward facing with members and brokers. Reporting to the Director of Sales this role is responsible for the acquisition and management of new fully insured and new ASO business with 51 employee lives. This role is also responsible for managing all retention activities for an existing book of business, which includes both fully insured and ASO clients with 51 employees. This role will build, manage, and maintain relationships with appointed broker/consultants, agencies, associations, business organizations and customers; will also conduct sales presentations, generate, and manage the RFP activity and delivery of said proposals. This individual must manage the renewal and new business process including preparation of sales strategies, negotiate with underwriting, negotiating with brokers and clients. Will attend and manage all external Open Enrollment meetings, Finalist Presentations, schedule wellness meetings, conduct face to face visit with brokers and clients. Must be visible in the community also attending community events, industry events and broker requests for sponsorships.
