DescriptionIn the role of Senior Compensation Analyst for our high-volume Compensation team, you will perform a variety of compensation activities such as job classification, job analysis, internal equity analysis, and job pricing. As you consult with managers and leaders across the organization on internal and external pay issues, market competitiveness, bargaining unit wage implementations, etc., you will make recommendations that not only adhere to established guidelines, policies and practices, but fulfill our compensation philosophy of aligning our compensation with leading health systems in the local, regional and national markets where UCLA Health competes for top talent, grounds our compensation decisions in data, and helps cultivate long-term loyalty and retention of key talent. You will also be a key member spearheading special projects and providing compensation guidance to managers. Salary Range: $86,900-$197,300 Annually
