DescriptionUnder the direction of Finance Manager and indirect supervision from the CFO, the Faculty Compensation Lead Analyst will lead the annual salary negotiation process. This position will require a deep understanding of highly complex Radiology faculty compensation structure, updating the annual faculty salary data with the latest benchmark data, preparing annual faculty Profit & Loss statements with productivity metrics and annual faculty salary letters for distribution. Throughout the fiscal year you will maintain the Radiology department’s primary report to ensure it has the most current salary data for any changes, providing financial analysis & reporting and any administrative support pertinent to faculty compensation components. Salary Range: $34.23 to $74.18 Hourly
