We are looking for a highly driven leader who knows how to motivate and support a team to help generate leads for our salesforce.

The Role:

  • Welcome and inspire new hires with virtual training
  • Supervise a team of Lead Generators making high-volume outbound calls
  • Provide continuous coaching on sales techniques, quality, and product knowledge
  • Track the growth and sales of each team member and provide feedback
  • Come up with daily games, spiffs, and fun activities to keep your team motivated
  • Deliver our culture of reward and recognition through Zoom meetings and huddles

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (college degree preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in an outbound call center and/or training background
  • Energetic and motivating personality with a strong desire to win for the team
  • Effective and articulate communication skills with great cadence
  • Hard worker, resourceful, and have a dynamic personality
  • Enjoy learning, as well as being coached and challenged
  • Crazy organization skills with the ability to stick to a schedule
