This company is an administrator for group plans of banks and other financial organizations. Provides claims, customer service, billing, and collection and fulfillment services.
Position: Inbound Customer Support Rep
* This position is working from home.
* Handle 60 inbound calls per day on average
* Answering questions from policy holders regarding a data breach and giving additional information.
* Looking for attention to detail, being able to multitask and comfortable reading from a script.
* Must have experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
* Must have good attendance.
Requirements:
* Minimum of a high school diploma with three to four years related experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Previous experience with Teams and Outlook
* Must have your own computer (not a Mac or Chromebook), headset, and a dedicated place to work where you won't be interrupted.
* Must be able to gain trust, respect, and confidence from customers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Requires candidate with outstanding attendance.
* Background check required prior to starting.

Pay rate:$17- $18/hr
