Overview

Clinic : Ability Rehabilitation

Position : Administrative Assistant

Location : Rome, Georgia

Employment Type : Full-Time

Minimum Experience : 2 years in a health-related field.

Pay Rate : $15-$18, Dependent on Experience

We Are Seeking :

Ability Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team who is a skilled professional with attention to detail and can multitask.

Job Duties :

  • Posts payments and adjustments and ensures all payments and adjustments are balanced daily.
  • Refers claim resolution issues to the appropriate area.
  • Resolves any deposit discrepancies.
  • Reviews Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to ensure proper payment and adjustment posting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable
  • Answer multi-line phones
  • Order supplies for the office
  • Open mail, make deposits, scan deposits
  • Process returned mail and address issues in Waystar
  • Invalid Payer
  • Run credit card payments
  • Prepare documents to go to storage
  • Organize / schedule maintenance for office equipment
  • Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Health insurance knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Team player attitude, energetic, and able to multi-task with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must have at least two years of previous experience in front medical front office
  • Must be proficient in MS office products with typing speed minimum of 40wpm
  • Reliable
  • Attention to detail
  • Time Management skills
