ComfortCare Pharmacy and Medical Products is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Order Intake Coordinator at ComfortCare Medical Products to join our team! You will be responsible for coordinating incoming medical equipment orders and supplies from start to finish.

Handle customer inquiries
Provide information about the products and services
Assist customers with order intake
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Communicate with customers, doctors, and insurances to process medical equipment orders
Handle a high volume of phone calls
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, durable medical products, or other related fields, such as medical front office
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual Spanish or Armenian preferred
Part-time or Full time (25-40 hours available)
Some Saturday availability is required with one day off during the week
